I got to rotate through various civil disciplines like Site Development, Traffic, Water Resources, and Roadway Design.

What I wish was different

I wish I started working earlier to give me more time with each of the different groups I was working with.

Advice

Engage with all the employees in the company especially if they're not in your generation! You'll learn a lot!
