Entry Level Landscape Designer
Druffel Design & Landscape is a high-end design/ build firm in Cincinnati seeking an extremely motivated person to be a member of our award winning Design team.

We focus on the high-end residential market, and take our projects from initial client meeting, through design, construction, and into maintenance. You will be able to watch your designs mature over time, which will help you refine your design skills over time.

Entry Level Designer essential duties and responsibilities include the following, but are not limited to:
- Design production
- Client Meetings
- Estimating
- Sales
- Project Management
- Administrative Responsibilities
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Possess a thorough knowledge of zone 5 and 6 plant material
- Possess artistic ability and creativity
- Skills including proficiency in AutoCAD, hand graphics, Photoshop, and Sketchup
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Self motivated and hard working
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility and initiative
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Landscape Architecture, Landscape Design, or Horticulture Degree
