$97,297 - $124,061 per year
Duties
- Work primarily involves the performance and/or oversight of on-site construction work, including inspection and acceptance of facility or utility construction work performed by a contractor.
- Plans and conducts engineering studies or evaluations such as preliminary, appraisal, feasibility, final design, and value planning/value engineering.
- Develop, monitor, and manage project plans that outline the scope, schedule, and budget of assigned projects.
- Projects and/or Construction Management including project initiation, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closeout for water resource and infrastructure projects.
- Perform engineering analyses needed for projects including performing and coordinating technical planning activities; data collection (including validation, management, and acquisition and submittal of design data for construction); analyses of site location and/or conditions; risk estimation and analyses; or analyses of instrumentation data.
- Perform review of engineering designs and specifications to verify compliance with construction contracts for water systems and infrastructure, including quality control and assurance.
