Location: Boston, MA (with frequent business travel)

Salary: $4200-$4500 per month

 

About our company:

Ins Health offering marketing services to CRO customers and pharmaceutical research institutes. We are currently collaborating with a reputable China-headquartered supplier of lab-use chemical materials, including building blocks, advanced intermediates, amino acids, and peptides, to enhance their market presence within research institutes and laboratories.

Responsibilities:

As a Research Market Support, you will assist the North America Market Manager in various tasks related to market research, customer surveys, and account management. Your primary focus will be on supporting customers in the New England area of the United States. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

 

  1. Market Research: Conducting thorough market research to identify potential customers, competitors, and emerging trends in the chemical materials industry.
  2. Customer Surveys: Collecting and analyzing customer feedback to understand their needs, preferences, and satisfaction levels.
  3. Account Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service and support.
  4. Sales Support: Assisting the Market Manager in sales activities, including preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations for potential customers.
  5. Technical Support: Providing technical assistance and product information to customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
  6. Business Travel: Undertaking frequent business travel to visit customers, attend conferences and industry events.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry is required, preferably with a master's or PhD degree and laboratory experience.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese Mandarin is required to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to gather and interpret market data effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and internal teams.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for business purposes.
