QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. BS Engineering/Copnstruction Mgmt. upon Graduation
  2. Valid Driver’s License

RESPONSIBILITIES (including but not limited to):
For Estimating & Project Management:
 

  1. Make detailed quantity takeoffs
  2. Obtain material and Subcontractor quotes
  3. Assist Estimating
  4. Keep records of Company Bids
  5. Preparing monthly billings
  6. Processing material and subcontractor invoices
  7. Prepare correspondence with owner/developer/government agencies
  8. Prepare and track change proposals and change orders
  9. Monitor field production and job costs as required
  10. Prepare & Process T&M billings
  11. Prepare and Maintain CPM Schedule
  12. Maintain As-Built Drawing
  13. Prepare Budgets & Purchasing
