Advanced Process Design Engineer

Job Responsibilities
Engage in the research, design, development, verification, introduction of cutting-edge engineering technology and cutting-edge materials, and be responsible for the competitiveness and quality of the whole process process plan. 
1. Based on the development trend of the industry, engage in technical planning and pre-research of engineering technology and cutting-edge materials to achieve technological leadership; 
2. Engage in innovative design, introduction, development and application of cutting-edge materials, technology and top precision processing equipment; 
3. Engage in the delivery, verification, mass production maintenance, and quality of the engineering process plan of the whole process of the product; 
4. Engage in the identification, research and failure analysis of the engineering process problems, pain points, and key technica

job requirements
1. Majors in materials science, polymer materials, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, welding technology, nanomaterials, electronic packaging engineering, optoelectronic science and other materials, machinery, automation and electronic information, familiar with finite element simulation and failure analysis , have a certain reliability knowledge; 
2. Have a certain understanding of communication knowledge, have a certain understanding of material analysis and testing equipment (such as microscopes, SEM, X-ray, etc.), have certain engineering analysis capabilities, and be able to read and write proficiently Understand English materials; 
3. Proficiency in any of the following tools and software is preferred: Pro/E, AutoCAD, Flotherm, ICEPAK, CorelDRAW, Rhino, 3DMAX, Studio tools.l difficulties of the product.
