Environmental, Health & Safety Development Program 2023

Program Description:
Participants in the Environmental, Health & Safety Leadership Program take part in a structured development experience located at a manufacturing facility. Full-time opportunity to join a 24 month development program. During the program, participants receive experiential and formal training including:
 
 
  • EHS Management Systems understanding and implementation
  • EHS procedure/policy development and implementation
  • EHS Training Development and Delivery
  • EHS Regulatory process
  • EHS Project Management
  • People Leadership and Influence
  • Manufacturing process knowledge


 Minimum Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Environmental, Health and Safety Management, Chemical Engineering or an equivalent field preferably from an ABET accredited program
  • Previous relevant internships/co-ops or full-time entry level experience in a manufacturing setting
  • Ability to lead projects and develop project plans
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness and flexibility to relocate during or upon completion of the EHS LP Program
