Program Description:
Participants in the Environmental, Health & Safety Leadership Program take part in a structured development experience located at a manufacturing facility. Full-time opportunity to join a 24 month development program. During the program, participants receive experiential and formal training including:
- EHS Management Systems understanding and implementation
- EHS procedure/policy development and implementation
- EHS Training Development and Delivery
- EHS Regulatory process
- EHS Project Management
- People Leadership and Influence
- Manufacturing process knowledge
Minimum Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Environmental, Health and Safety Management, Chemical Engineering or an equivalent field preferably from an ABET accredited program
- Previous relevant internships/co-ops or full-time entry level experience in a manufacturing setting
- Ability to lead projects and develop project plans
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willingness and flexibility to relocate during or upon completion of the EHS LP Program
