Electronics Assembler

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with a team to assemble entire products or sub-assemblies.
- Rotate through tasks for specific production processes.
- Mount sub-assemblies to various metal plates, panels, and brackets.
- Inspect and install pre-made harness assemblies.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
- Follow blue prints instructions to assemble components.
- Ensure and maintain quality process to finished product or part.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or other related fields.
- Familiar with use of power / assembly tools and equipment.
- Ability to read mechanical / production assembly drawings.
- Occasionally lift up to 50lbs.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to demonstrate reliable attendance record and work overtime to meet productions requirements.
- Have soldering skills a plus.
- Experience or ability to use basic wiring tools, including screw drivers, wire snips, needle nose, pliers and allen wrenches.
- Ability to have good manual dexterity.
- Ability to read and follow blueprints or written work instructions.
EDUCATION:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Other related technical training or education a plus.
