Electronics Assembler

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Work with a team to assemble entire products or sub-assemblies.
  • Rotate through tasks for specific production processes.
  • Mount sub-assemblies to various metal plates, panels, and brackets.
  • Inspect and install pre-made harness assemblies.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
  • Follow blue prints instructions to assemble components.
  • Ensure and maintain quality process to finished product or part.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or other related fields.
  • Familiar with use of power / assembly tools and equipment.
  • Ability to read mechanical / production assembly drawings.
  • Occasionally lift up to 50lbs.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to demonstrate reliable attendance record and work overtime to meet productions requirements.
  • Have soldering skills a plus.
  • Experience or ability to use basic wiring tools, including screw drivers, wire snips, needle nose, pliers and allen wrenches.
  • Ability to have good manual dexterity.
  • Ability to read and follow blueprints or written work instructions.

EDUCATION:
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Other related technical training or education a plus.
