Clinical Pharmacology & Quantitative Pharmacology Intern
Location: Gaithersburg, MD
We are currently seeking a rising undergraduate junior or senior, master or PhD student working towards a degree in pharmacy for a 10-12 week internship during the summer of 2023.
Objectives/Goals:
- Perform a systematic review of phase 2 drug-drug interactions, identify which are clinically relevant, and to write up the findings in a manuscript.
Primary Duties:
- Searching databases, compiling data, and documenting findings in a manuscript.
Requirements:
- Rising undergraduate juniors or seniors, master or PhD students working towards a degree in pharmacy.
- Working knowledge of drug metabolism and pharmacokinetics.
- Excellent written, oral, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in MS office software.
