Chemical Engineer Co-op
E-BEAM Services is a privately held company that has been in the contract electron beam processing business for 35 years. We have operations in New Jersey, Indiana and Ohio. This co-op opportunity is in our Lebanon, OH plant.
Our unique business is the treatment of customers’ polymer-based products with high-speed electrons accelerated to 99%+ the speed of light. After treatment, our customers’ products have been improved in valuable ways through sterilization, crosslinking or chain scissioning.
We have an opportunity for a Chemical Engineering student to work with our Technical Services team, led by our Technical Services Engineer, to set up and conduct processing trials and experiments for new products.

- Report results
This Co-op opportunity will provide valuable experience in customer communication by phone and email, data entry and word processing, conducting and documenting experiments, and supporting processing in the plant.
