Undergraduate Chemical / Mechanical Engineering Co-Op – Spring 2023

If yes, you could be a great fit for Henkel’s Spring 2023 Chemical / Mechanical Engineering Co-Op. These experiences are designed to help you identify your niche in the chemical or mechanical engineering industry, while making an impact at Henkel through meaningful, important work.

YOUR ROLE
Based on your interests and skillset, we have a variety of internship opportunities across our Adhesives and Consumer Brands business units. Your Co-Op could include:
  • Operating physical/analytical equipment for material testing and high-precision machines to assemble parts and samples for application testing
  • Planning and executing tests of new formulations to ensure products can be manufactured in the Henkel manufacturing network
  • Gaining a comprehensive understanding of the roles quality assurance, application and/or process engineering play in the consumer-packaged goods and adhesive industries

YOUR SKILLS
To be successful in this internship, we are looking for:
  • Undergraduate students currently enrolled in at least their sophomore pursuing a degree in Chemical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or related subject
  • Availability: able to work full-time onsite from January 2023 to May/June 2023
  • Analytical skills: ability to develop fact-based recommendations resulting from in-depth data analysis
  • Communication skills: collaborative team player with an entrepreneurial spirit and can-do attitude
  • Project management skills: strong work ethic and ability to meet project deadlines
