We have a great opportunity for you to join AEI in an Instrumentation and Controls Intern role in our Madison, WI office, Spring 2021.

What you will need to succeed:
· Interest in industrial, process, or building HVAC control systems and instrumentation.
· Enrolled in an engineering degree program from an ABET accredited school in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
· Completed a minimum of one year engineering coursework with minimum 2.5 GPA.
What sets you apart:
· Leadership involvement in extracurricular activities/student organizations.
· Exposure to Building Automation Systems, Programmable Logic Controllers, (PLC), Programming, and Electrical Schematics.
· Exposure to drafting programs such as AutoCAD or AutoCAD Electrical.
· Strong commitment to service excellence.
· Strong spoken and written communication skills.
· Excellent organization and time management skills.
· Ability to work under pressure and strict timelines, and to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
· Ability to work effectively individually and within a team environment.
