Job Qualifications:
Dynovel is seeking to hire a driven full-time Junior Consultant with the following characteristics to immediately join our growing team:
· Proven communication skills, with an understanding of what is required to conduct phone interviews with business, technical and executive managers at our clients and prospective clients’ organizations
· Experience in BtoB phone prospecting & conducting voice of customers analysis is preferred
· Prior experience in the chemicals, biotechnologies, materials or energy industry is preferred (i.e. coatings/adhesives, cosmetics, food & beverage, oil & gas, biotechnologies, polymers, packaging or automotive applications)
· Intermediate to advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
Job Description & Responsibilities:
The Junior Consultant will perform cold calling/phone prospecting & interviews to collect market feedback and analyze unmet needs and technical challenges, drivers, trends on behalf of our customers. The junior consultant will support strategy design, and new business development projects for our global B2B clients who seek to design/implement growth strategies based on new products, new technologies and/or new markets. Under the guidance of experienced project managers, you will perform:
· Primary research in the form of phone prospecting / voice of customer campaigns / interviews including cold calling & phone follow-up discussions with experts & clients
· Meetings with prospective clients to collect market data and/or introduce innovative technologies, demonstrate products to customers (Possible participation to tradeshows & conferences)
· Investigations of existing or emerging technical markets (typically related to materials/chemicals)
· Preparation of technical sales and marketing documents
· Analysis and synthesis of market feedback, prospecting progress, and sales opportunities

Your goal is to collect as much clients and prospective clients’ feedback as possible to advise BtoB New Business development plan and market strategy to our Industrial clients. You will aim at becoming autonomous from organizational, technical and business perspectives by benefiting from your managers’ support to help you learn and evolve quickly.

Experience:

BS in Chemistry, Biotechnology, Materials, Chemical Engineering or Science
Experience in Customer/technical Support in the Chemical Industry is a big plus
1-2 years of relevant industrial and/or marketing experience is a plus
