Industrial Engineer (Warehouse Management System), Manager

Your track record with leveraging WMS software and Industrial Engineering practices to operate safely and efficiently can make the difference. - Re-engineer warehouse slotting and pick configuration to improve work safety, associate experience and cost savings
- Engage team through goal setting and coach to exceed performance metrics
- Champion work safety, food safety, and continuous improvement for warehouse operations
- Effectively delegate and communicate workload plans, goals, and results
- Identify opportunities, perform root cause analysis and design solutions to streamline and improve processes
- Develop and mentor Planners on new skills and long term career development
What you bring
- Experience implementing Industrial Engineering processes such time studies, pick paths, etc.
- Multiple years of experience with WMS, preferably Blue Yonder
- Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt preferred
- Demonstrate the ability to develop, coach, and train others with strong interpersonal and motivational skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Demonstrate ability to effectively plan, prioritize, and make sound decisions and have attention to detail
- Broad based computer skills, with prior experience with an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system preferred
