Electrical Engineer- Continuous Improvement

As an Engineer for John Deere Dubuque Works located in Dubuque, Iowa, you will….
- Support Continuous Improvement Projects for Skid Steer Loaders related to electronics and electrical systems
- Analyze warranty claims, drive Root Cause Analysis and lead projects to improve product quality
- Support product assembly line operations to safely deliver quality products on time
- Lead projects resulting in improved product performance at lower cost

What Skills You Need
- Strong, demonstrated problem – solving skills
- Understanding of machinery
- Strong communication skills with ability to work with other functional areas (quality, supply management, etc)
- Design experience
What Makes You Stand Out
- Experience using Root Cause Analysis Techniques
- Experience using Creo 3D or other modeling software
- Experience with electrical design and troubleshooting
- Experience in Continuous Improvement (CI)
- Understanding of Warranty Analysis
- Experience with operating and maintaining farm or construction equipment
- Experience with Skid Steer Loader or Compact Track Loaders
Education
Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering
