Application and Sales Engineer
This particular role is pivotal to our manufacturing process. When we receive a request to build a machine, we will test a wide range of machines in order to determine what setup will deposit our client's product.
This role includes the following responsibilities:
- Track incoming and outgoing sample orders
- Record and maintain accurate inventory of current and past samples
- Learn and be acquainted with our product lines
- Determine machine type for each sample that is received
- Communicate with the customer/client about desired machine features
- Communicate testing results with Customer and internal staff
- Work with Engineering and office staff to compile quotes for customers
- Spearhead new machine part designs for complicated Depositing applications
- Communicate and assist in manufacturing process
- Develop and maintain testing records to streamline and simplify quoting process.
