Human Resources Coordinator
The person who fills this role will help support our Henderson office with HR & administrative duties and assist with business development. We are looking for a driven individual who is self-motivated and has a desire to learn and grow.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
- Full-time position
- Days and typical hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience
- Bachelor's Degree in a Business related field or equivalent
- Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace proficiency and technical savviness
- Willingness and ability to learn about the industrial automation industry
- Excellent decision-making skills and response to time-sensitive issues
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent time management and customer service skills
- Korean language fluency a plus (but not required)
Responsibilities
- Work closely with management to ensure all operational, administrative, and compliance functions are properly executed
- Oversee the general operations of the office and company properties such as purchasing, contracting, and shipping/receiving packages
- Effectively manage employee relations including recruitment, training, supervision, and recognition
- Review and draft agreements or other documents (internal and external)
- Works collaboratively with sales, marketing, technical support, and engineering departments for analysis and planning
- Attend conferences or meetings (in or out of town) when needed
