Career Development Program for Onsite Business Development (CDP)

Job Responsibilities
Career Development Program (CDP) is the training and development program for young graduates by attempting the methods for growing future experts, managers and leaders. It will provide the opportunity to the talents to learn the company’s business, products, technologies and operating methods in their early careers.
The Onsite BD CDP will fulfill 3 x 8-month assignments in different functions of Onsite BD, BDS (Business Decision Support) and GEMTE-PDE (Project Development Engineering) departments.
For each assignment, the specific learning, project-related objectives, and job description will be discussed, agreed and commented at the beginning between CDP and the assignment manager. The emphasis for each assignment will be the on-job trainings.
Each Onsite BD CDP will be mentored by experienced team member or senior manager and during the process, the manager will coach and share the experience.
The CDP is encouraged to seek advices, coaching and support from his/her colleagues.
The CDP will understand how to identify, evaluate and pursue onsite business opportunity by learning from the three assignments.

Requirements
Fresh graduate, Master’s degree, preferably in Engineering related (Chemical or Chemical Engineering is preferred).
Good communication skill and capability of teamwork are required.
Capable to work under pressure and time constraint.
Excellent English skills, both in written and oral; skillful in use of PC software and general office tools.
Open, proactive fast learner and self-motivated.
