Career Development Program for Central East Region & H2fM Sales (CDP)

Job Responsibilities
Career Development Program (CDP) is the training and development program for young graduates by attempting the methods for growing future experts, managers and leaders. It will provide the opportunity to the talents to learn the company’s business, products, technologies and operating methods in their early careers.
The CDP will fulfill 3 x 8-month assignments in different groups of CEAP and China H2fM including assets management specialist, Sales Representatives of IG and Business Development Specialist of China H2fM of the company in Shanghai.
For each assignment, the specific learning and project-related objectives will be well set up.
Every CDP is assigned a senior manager to guide and advise them as they progress through the program.
CDP is encouraged to seek advice, coaching and support from their colleagues.
At the end of the 24 months’ CDP period, each CDP will seek a full-time assignment in CEAP and China H2fM, job opportunities including but not limit to assets management, Sales of IG products (Hydrogen, PG, LB and Small Onsite) and BD role in China H2fM.

Requirements
Fresh graduate with Bachelor’s or Master’s degree on Engineering and Business Management or relevant major.
Relevant work experience (co-ops or internships) and involvement in campus activities are preferred.
Excellent English communication and networking skills.
Open, proactive and fast learner.
Strong leadership potential.
