Position 1: Land Planner/Landscape Architect with demonstrated experience in a land planning/landscape architecture office environment (full-time)
Minimum Requirements:
- Three or more years of land planning experience in design office environment.
- Degree in Landscape Architecture from a professionally accredited university is required.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Display critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Must have a portfolio of personal design and built projects.
- Display critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team.
- Demonstrated experience with industry software applications (AutoCAD Civil 3D, Land-FX, M-Color, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch-up and MS Office).
- Experience in creating concept land use plans, lotting plans and entitlement documents
Responsibilities:
- Assist with research and data collection for use in design and planning process.
- Develop creative and attractive concept land use plans, site plan, neighborhood lotting designs catered toward customer expectations, goals and budgets.
- Help prepare land entitlement exhibits, PUD exhibits, master planning documents
- Provide support to the both the land planning and landscape architecture project teams.
- Participate in creation of 3d marketing graphics as well as technical documents.
- Participate in project meetings and project presentations.
Position 2: Landscape Architect/Designer with two plus years experience in a landscape architecture/land planning office environment (full-time)
Minimum Requirements:
- Three or more years of landscape architecture experience in design office environment.
- Degree in Landscape Architecture from a professionally accredited university is required.
- Successful achievement of professional licensure is preferred but not required.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Display critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated experience with industry software applications (AutoCAD Civil 3D, Land-FX, M-Color, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch-up and MS Office).
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team.
- Demonstrate a knowledge of plant materials and construction methods.
- Demonstrate experience with the preparing concept drawings, the regulatory process for permitting, and preparation of construction documents.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the project team.
- Ability to prepare site plans, conceptual designs, design and preparation of construction plans and specifications for landscape architecture projects.
- Participate in creation of 3d marketing graphics as well as technical documents.
- Ability to prepare budget estimates, bid documents and project administration tasks.
- Ability to participate in site observations visits, project meetings, and presentations.
