Order and Fulfillment Coordinator

rp Visuals is a Mechdyne company. rp Visuals specializes in the design, engineering, fabrication, testing, and installation of custom mounting solutions for digital signage across a variety of verticals. We offer architecturally integrated mounting solutions requiring engineering excellence and knowledge to deliver the best visual experiences. As an Order Fulfillment Coordinator at rp Visuals, you will review orders, input data into our inventory management system, process orders, and ensure shipments are fulfilled properly and on time. You will collaborate with carriers to coordinate pick-up and delivery, monitor delivery dates and manage inventory levels. You will also work closely with our sales team to track current orders.
Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory levels
- Review daily shipments
- Assist with packing orders in the warehouse
- Input order information into the inventory management system
- Create shipping paperwork
- Track shipments and deliveries
- Handle any issues or discrepancies with shipments
- Process orders and re-orders with vendors as needed
Qualification:
- 2+ years shipping or logistics experience
- 2-year degree preferred, ideally in business or related field
- Data entry experience, preferably in Fishbowl Inventory Management System
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite)
- Strong communication skills - written and verbal
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
