Designer I-II

Experience Range: 1 - 5 years
Education Minimum: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Landscape Architecture
Responsibilities and Qualifications for this role include:

- Communicate with team members to manage your workload and understand procedures
- Anticipate tasks, know deadlines, and accept workload from multiple Project Managers
- Follow Dix.Hite standards and quality processes
- Seek feedback to ensure work progress and quality are commensurate with work effort
- Seek knowledge and experience to build skills
- Enhance knowledge of the profession through exploration, travel and research
- Undertake activities to support furtherance of Dix.Hite’s strategic goals
