Welding Engineer

The Welding Engineer plans and performs welding on various types of equipment. This individual is responsible for developing solutions to production problems related to welding. Supports customers, product design, tool design and shop personnel, while developing new processes, troubleshooting existing processes, and recommending new purchases of new welding equipment. This position requires a high degree of continentality and will need to use independent judgment and exercise discretion in executing their duties.
