The Washington D.C. office focuses exclusively on Mergers & Acquisitions work in the mining sector and is an integral part of the Group globally.

The Chicago office focuses on Mergers and Acquisitions work in a number of industries including consumer, industrial, and business services and focuses on corporate strategic as well as private equity clients.
 
The Los Angeles office focuses on Mergers & Acquisitions advisory work in a number of industries including Consumer/Retail, Industrials and TMT. It plays a critical role in helping the firm achieve its objective to be the most successful independent advisory investment bank globally.
 
Program Description:
Analysts will focus on a broad range of Mergers and Acquisitions, Debt Advisory, Restructuring, and Equity Advisory assignments. Day-to-day responsibilities will include: financial analysis and modeling, company and industry research, preparing client presentations and contributing to team discussions and client meetings.
