Industrial Engineer
The Industrial Engineer will help maintain and improve operations by methods improvement, performance of time studies and administration of wage incentive programs. Additionally, the Industrial Engineer will seek opportunities to improve inventory visibility and control.

Functions and Responsibilities
Improve the productivity, quality, and performance of Dillard’s distribution centers, including E-Commerce facilities. The person in this position will work with all areas and levels of the company to provide information, analysis, and training. Strong communication skills are essential. Ability to travel is a requirement.

Qualifications
1. Education: BS/MS in Industrial Engineering
2. Prior experience:
  • 0-2 Years Experience
  • Co-Op or internship experience is encouraged
  • Extracurricular campus activities
3. Required skills:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledge of SQL and Microsoft ACCESS
  • Experience with Supply Chain Management/Modeling Software considered a plus
  • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
