Full Time/Part Time: Full Time
Hours: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Position Summary:
Financial Analyst II, reporting to Senior Director, Financial Planning and Analysis within the Global Finance Team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Prepare and publish daily revenue and P&L reporting
- Analyze month-end results; ensuring all accruals are booked timely
- Manage monthly and quarterly financial review process for assigned business units and review on a continual basis
- Create and maintain a dashboard for revenue and KPI monitoring
- Assist with the annual budget and quarterly forecast preparation
- Perform Return on Capital analysis on under-performing clients
- Address day-to-day ad hoc requests from senior management
- Finance contact for concur reporting
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2-5 years’ Accounting/Finance experience. Financial services industry experience preferred, but not required
- Proficient with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Concur Expense Solution experience a plus
- Self-starter with excellent attention to detail, strong analytical and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to interact and work well with employees at all levels
- Ability to work independently, within a team and cross-functionally
- Demonstrate good judgment and integrity in all interactions and decision making
