Account Manager - Entry Level

ACCOUNT MANAGER - ENTRY LEVEL
Traffic Tech is looking for highly motivated professionals or recent college graduates to join our rapidly growing United States Client Sales Team. We want individuals who make service their number one priority and aren’t afraid of rejection. In this role, you will go through a four-month training program. This training is aimed to help you understand all sides of the logistics industry with hands-on coaching from experienced logistics professionals. Once the training program has been completed, you will be able to identify, pursue and close new business through various sales strategies in a no-cap commission structure!

Functions:
  • Generate leads while exploring new business areas to sell into
  • Secure meetings/opportunities with decision makers
  • Establish and grow relationships to maintain a diverse book of business
  • Collaborate with others within the organization to provide the best possible solutions to our clients

Responsibilities:
  • Meet or exceed pre-established sales objectives
  • Cold call, email and develop other strategies to sell Traffic Tech’s services
  • Work collaboratively with the operations and carrier teams on a daily basis
  • Bring top notch customer service in order to deliver the extraordinary to our clients

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Highly motivated self-starter
  • Expertise in customer service and attention to detail
  • Willingness to work in an entrepreneurial environment where teamwork is key to the organizational success
