Advanced Manufacturing Engineer | InDepth Engineering Solutions, LLC

· Organize and coordinate full production day (FDPR) until process acceptance

· Prepare and complement the Method file for individual projects

· Use and participate in the updating of standards and procedures in the field of Methods.

· Understanding and adherence to Network Process Rules

· Represent the pertaining function within project teams

· Production Preparation Process by using Design for Assembly, Design for Manufacturability, and Cardboard Engineering tools

· Lean Process Design Activity

· Process and Equipment FMEA coordination and confirmation of SPPC linked with Design FMEA

· Fulfillment of individual and team targets

· Environmental, Health and Safety, Quality and Internal Procedures requirements follow up

· Calculate costs for P1 and P0 projects with emphasis on productivity and quality

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering discipline (Mechanical or Electrical preferred)

· 2+ years in embedded process and/or assembly experience · Knowledge of overall equipment development process from specification to industrialization and validation
