Production Operator
Job Description
The Adient Lakewood facility manufactures automotive seat frames and related components. We are looking for production workers to work 2nd or 3rd shift. Shift Premium - included in hourly wage.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Properly load assemblies into machine welders or fixtures to produce quality parts
- Inspect assemblies for correct number of welds, component parts and quality of parts.
- Work with automatic welders and small hand tools
- Maintain accurate production records, downtime records
- Follow safe work practices, follow plant rules/regulations
- Work as part of a team
- Communicating with team members, support staff and supervisors
Qualifications
- Lift up to 35 pounds
- Pass a background check and drug screen
- Authorized to work within the United States
