We have 2 open positions we are looking to fill.
 
The first we call many different names such as Researcher or Recruiter. This is a great role for someone new to the business/industry where you will be able to learn the business and have this as a stepping stone to grow into a full-service Search Consultant. The earning potential for this role is $50k-$70k but it all depends on you. We are commission driven so it’s up to you to be coachable, independent and use your training.
 
Responsibilities include :
  • Supporting Search Consultants in helping them fill their own jobs
  • Manage job boards such as Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, etc. to identify and attract active candidates
  • Cold Call to sell candidates on career advancement opportunities
  • Manage social media accounts such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
  • Conduct market research to identify the players in the industry
  • Develop plans and recruiting schedules
  • Have recruiting and business development conversations with c-level executives and senior professionals in a variety of industries
  • Manage the recruiting and hiring life-cycle with candidates and clients

After a year with our firm you will be prepared to go off into any sales industry you want, but you won’t want to. List the rest of us, you’ll want to take your promotion and continue to grow as you’ll be so hooked on the industry and the company you won’t want to do anything else.
 
The second opening, what the Researcher/Recruiter role leads to, is for someone that is more experienced in their career that can take ownership of their own desk as an Account Executive / Search Consultant. This role offers much more earning potential where most people start making $100k+ by their second year. However, it is more demanding, there is more responsibility, and is really for people that have been in a professional sales environment before and knows what to expect and understands the demands of a consultative sales role. If you are new to sales, we definitely encourage you to take the Researcher/Recruiter role first.
