Industrial Engineer Co-op

Key Responsibilities:
Ø Effective implementation of engineering designs into the manufacturing processes
Ø Creates and develops work standards, routings, SOE’s and processes
Ø Determines areas of potential cost reductions and provides ROI’s
Ø Recommends purchase of equipment and tooling to produce product and/or improve cost and/or throughput
Ø Assist management in creating and conducted formal procedures, inquiries and investigations to determine the cause of quality problems and provide/recommend verbal and/or written corrective action to management
Ø Accurately depicts the capabilities, as the need becomes evident
Key Qualifications:
Ø Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or completion of third year in Engineering field for Co-op Program
Ø Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required
Ø Demonstrates passion for creativity, independence, multi-tasking latitude and a sophisticated understanding of various engineering and business systems
Ø Experience with the following tools is a plus: ISO 9001, AS9100, 6S, Microsoft Office, and M2M
Ø Familiarity with electro-mechanical assembly is a plus
