Commercial Real Estate Associate

KIRCO, an icon in the planning and development space is adding a ne team member responsible for generating profitable sales growth. This team member will be responsible for direct sales through new opportunities and developing existing business relationships.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop a sales pipeline.
  • Secure meetings with high level decision makers.
  • Position the team for key pursuits.
  • Identify potential projects.
  • Prepare RFP / RFQ proposal responses.
  • Attend networking, industry functions.
  • Provide industry and market specific information.
  • Develop follow-up materials for clients.
  • New business proposals and presentations.
  • Maintain and update the database and CRM system.
REQUIREMENTS
  • 1-3 years of experience in the commercial real estate + construction industry.
  • Influencing skills.
  • Professional.
  • Presentation skills.
