We are seeking a talented Software Engineer to join CIMON Inc to solve interesting and complex problems in the world of automation.
Software Developer Engineer: Cloud Service Developer (AWS)
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:
- Full-time position
- Days and typical hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience in designing and deploying cloud architecture on AWS or other cloud infrastructure (Azure, GCC)
- More than 1 year of developing serverless applications using Cloud services
- Working knowledge of a variety of database technologies
- Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS EC2, S3, IoT Core, Rules Engine, etc.
- Proficient in a scripting language, such as Python or JavaScript
- Experience with version control such as Git
- Eagerness to learn new technology
- Good communication skills, verbal and written, to discuss and understand requirements from other teams
- BS or MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Build an IoT could infrastructure to enable bi-directional remote control of our products across the Internet
- Directly work with the team leader to evaluate cloud application requirements and make architectural recommendations for implementation, deployment, and provisioning of applications
- Collaborate with other teams to deploy the service and push data from devices to the cloudÂ
- Closely work with website developers to implement the front-end user interface
