Process Dev. Engineer (Swing Shift)
RESPONSIBILILTIES:
- Sustain processes used device fabrication in a semiconductor fabrication facility.
- Position requires working Tue-Sat 4 am to 1 pm schedule.
- Primary responsibility will include maintaining photo lithography processes and tools for resist coat, expose and develop.
- Need to work cross functionally with R&D, Manufacturing and Quality to ensure appropriate and timely support of photo processes.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- BS, MS or PhD in Engineering, Materials, Statistics or the physical sciences.
- 1-3 years’ photolithography semiconductor experience. Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Good understanding of photolithography, process control and semiconductor processing is desired. Experience in setting up, supporting and troubleshooting processes in TEL coat/develop tools, ASML Steppers/Scanners will be a plus. Role requires supporting of a manufacturing facility operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- Proficiency is desired in design of experiments, statistical process control and database query tools (Oracle, Spotfire, Access etc). Data analysis, programming skills to aid data mining will be a plus.
- Position will demand large amounts of time working in a cleanroom environment. Some lifting and standing will be required.
