Responsibilities
Responsible for the analysis of manufacturing operations and changes related to personnel, material, machines and facilities. Work involves leadership ability, critical thinking and interpersonal skills. Exercises moderate independent judgment with guidance from supervisor.

·        Analyzes efficiency of manufacturing operations.
·        Confirms or recommends changes to layouts, labor control and/or material control.
·        Frequent contact with others outside the work group.
·        Records and analyzes information on specific problems assigned in the utilization of personnel, material, machines and facilities.
·        Assists in developing proper methods and optimum operation layout.
·        Makes operation descriptions and performs the necessary calculations to complete studies and change routines or other systems of labor and material control
Qualifications
·        Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from an accredited college or university
·        Must have a minimum of a 3.0 cumulative GPA on a 4.0 scale
·        Preferred graduation date:  Fall 2020, Spring 2021, Fall 2021, Spring 2022
·        Able to work fulltime, 40 hours per week

  • Prior internship experience in automotive, technology or manufacturing!
