Graduate Intern – Business Development
Position purpose:
Provide research and analysis support for strategic planning, market research and sales planning activities. Be a contributing member of the team responsible for studying our markets and setting the strategy.
Strategic Planning - Internal Analysis
- Provide desk level research to understand and summarize Enprotech Industrial Technology’s current capabilities, performance and reputation with current customers
- Review internally generated sales and other reports and summarize findings
- Interview internal SME’s and sales team to understand current strategies and tactics
Strategic Planning - External Analysis
- Acquire, review and analyze industry reports, competitor data and financials to understand the industry and relevant markets sizes.
- Design “Voice of the Customer” survey and assist with executing survey with key clients.
Strategic Planning – Documentation & Presentation
- Memorialize all data and information collected from internal and external research in an organized fashion, and ensure the ability to refresh the data set in the future
- Create a means to present the resulting analysis and communicate it effectively
- Refresh fact base as needed
Sales & Business Development
- Utilize internally generated sales data and material to collaborate with sales team and identify new adjacent customer bases to pursue outside of current markets and clients.
Education and Training, or Experience equivalent:
- Current MBA student
- Business analytics, data manipulation, case study work and research.
Skills and Abilities:
- Excel
- PowerPoint
- Ability to work with internal cross functional teams
