Who You'll Be Working With
We'd like you to step out of your comfort zone and gain valuable experience across all of the company's departments. We'll give you the opportunity to do just that during the 6-month international Foxconn Future Leaders Program:
During the Foxconn Future Leaders Program, you will be assigned to different departments within Foxconn global sites for two or three months at a time. You will be given projects of your own, so that you can get to know the company's structures and processes and improve your ability to think and work. The program is complemented by ongoing mentoring, a joint trainee project and specially designed seminars and workshops.
Our training landscape will provide you with all the basics you need for a successful start as a leader in the organization. Besides developing your leadership skills, you will learn how to communicate effectively and gain valuable business and company knowledge. This will help you to build up a valuable network of contacts during your traineeship. Once you've completed the Foxconn Future Leaders Program, you will take up a role in Foxconn WI within your chosen area. There's no better way to get a flying start.
The program will begin with two weeks-long induction program at Foxconn WisconnValley HQ in Milwaukee. There, you will meet your fellow trainees, and network with senior leaders, while building your support group. You will then participate in three assignments:
- One two-month assignment in Foxconn Wisconsin to get an overview of Foxconn global operations and work at a strategic level
- One two-month assignment in Foxconn Texas for smart manufacturing
- One two-month assignment in Foxconn overseas factories depends on trainees' interest
What We're Looking For
- Recent bachelor and master graduates with a degree
- Strong academic track record (min GPA 3.2)
- Fluency in English (mandatory), with proficiency in other languages highly beneficial
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Maturity, a high level of cultural awareness, and willingness to work internationally
- Resilience and drive in the face of rapid change
- Internship experience in those highlighted areas is a plus (AI, Big data, Cloud, Data Center, High Performance Computing, 5G & networks)
