Real World Responsibilities:
During your time with us you will:
- Provide weld specific engineering support to operations team
- Improve fabrication processes through application of current and emerging weld technology, including automation
- Support start-up operations of new product lines and provide daily engineering support for existing products
- Develop and evaluate Engineering Change Request, Engineering Change Notice, and Special Manufacturing Instruction documents
As part of our team we will:
- Provide you with real-work assignments that will provide you valuable experience as you begin your career
Must haves:
- Pursing a degree in weld engineering or similar field
- Ability to develop engineering drawings and schematics with minimal oversight
- Experience with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as SolidWorks and AutoCAD
- Ability to work in a team environment
Nice to haves:
- Welding, machining, and fabrication skills
- Ability to organize and complete multiple tasks/projects at one time, and/or project management experience
- Attention to detail and accuracy
