Robot Programmer Entry Level
EBZ Systec Inc. is a leading Body in White integration company specializing in OEM and Tier 1 level assembly lines. Robot programmer will work and study with senior level programmers to understand all aspects of robot programming in the assembly area. A successful candidate for entry level robot programmer position will have some experience with robot applications in an industrial or technical environment, minimum of associates degree in mechatronics or related logic programming, and desire to work in the fast paced automotive environment. This is a position with a wide range of advancement opportunities including multiple levels and pay ranges in as skills are increased in robot programming up to and including management positions relating to programming. Skills that will be acquired over time include, but are not limited to:
· Initial setup and commissioning of various robots
· Material handling
· Resistance welding
· Laser welding
· Adhesive application
· Piercing and forming
· Stacking and destacking
· Vision guidance
· Trouble shooting and PLC interface
