About Morgan Advanced Materials
Our purpose is to use advanced materials to help make more efficient use of the world’s resources and to improve the quality of life.
It's why we exist, and why we are still here after 160 years, making products that solve the difficult problems for our customers. We’ve come a long way since 1856. Then, we changed the industrial landscape with the introduction of revolutionary new crucibles.
We are passionate people. We care about technology, research & development, ethical practice safety and inclusivity. Our passions drive us, they inform how we support each other and our customer and fuel our desire to push the boundaries and not accept limitations.
The Morgan Graduate Development Programme
Morgan Advanced Materials is dedicated to finding, developing and keeping the right people. Through this we recognise the potential in our employees, offering opportunities globally which allow them to gain a breadth of experience, whilst utilising and growing the skills which they already possess.
As one of our Graduates you will be part of a two-year programme framework that aims to develop the behaviours and mindset that are desired in supporting the delivery of our global business.
In following the programme our graduates will develop their understanding and capabilities across four key areas:
· The Morgan Business
· Self-awareness
· Working with Others
· Business Acumen
Our graduates are supported by key stakeholders in the programme and will be mentored by a senior leader who would support your development, understanding of and integration into the business.
What will you bring to Morgan?
If you’re curious, driven and constantly challenge yourself, you’ll fit right in on our Graduate Development Programme.
We encourage you to be yourself, be interested in the business and the world we operate in, be technically competent and show a desire to learn, develop and grow in your field and career, as well as be an agent in supporting the changes that will enable our business to be a continuing success.
You have the power to push boundaries. From small innovations to entering new markets, you’ll have the opportunity to inspire yourself and others.
So take the lead. Be creative and curious!
