Position Description
The Senior Pharmacy Relations Coordinator position is responsible for developing and conducting employee training programs for the Pharmacy Relations teams. This includes both new hire and current employee training. The training will vary in delivery and engagement methods as well as address both content and skills training. This role provides partnership to key groups to ensure the appropriate training materials and resources are delivered to the Pharmacy Relations team members in a timely fashion. In addition, this role will provide support to the Health Mart Atlas Customer Service call center by answering inbound calls from Health Mart Atlas members, managing the corresponding workload, and contribute to team performance expectations.
 
Minimum Requirements
  • 4+ years telemarketing/call center/account management experience
  • 1+ year training experience
 
Critical Skills:
  • Pharmacy operations (claims adjudication) knowledge
  • Experience developing/delivering adult education
  • Experience assessing training/knowledge retention
  • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
 
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of pharmaceutical and managed care industry trends and processes

Education:
4-year degree or equivalent experience
