What you will bring
We seek leaders who help us set the culture of mutual respect, meritocracy, and result orientation. They are confident enough to respectfully challenge others and/or be challenged irrespective of their positions in the organization. They enjoy operating in an ambiguous environment and are ok to be wrong at times. They have the “Venture First” mentality. Hence, we look for grit, integrity, agility, and empathy above anything else.
· Market development via thought leadership (white papers, blogs, articles, etc.), social media marketing, and partnerships
· Branding, demand / lead generation and campaign management
· Sales (hunting and farming … insight selling), contracts and funnel management
· Channel and strategic partnership development
We require you to have at least a 4-year degree. We prefer engineering or science graduates with at least 4 years of professional commercial experience. We, however, value one’s ability to learn fast more than the field of formal education. Any specialized training in audit, compliance, risk management, cybersecurity could potentially help you in enhancing your ability to relate to the customers.

Your superior facilitation skills help in bringing different stakeholders together; even customers at times ask you to facilitate decisions in their organizations. You are fully vested in developing next generation of leaders; you do that via coaching, being resourceful and taking bets on their potential.
