Freelance Job Description

FindLight is looking for a creative writer to work on enriching the FindLight’s Blog with articles on photonics related subjects: optics, lasers, fiber optics, opto-mechanics, sensors and detectors, etc. and applications of these technologies in various fields such as medicine, military, farming, science and engineering, materials processing, etc.

This is a paid, part-time freelance position and is a great opportunity for undergraduate and graduate students from optics, photonics, physics, electrical engineering fields. The pay for this position is based upon completion of deliverables. Candidates will be expected to deliver a minimum of one blog article a week and can extend it to multiple articles if work-school balance allows.

Candidates need to have strong English writing skills and be knowledgeable in optics and photonics areas.
