JOB TITLE: Digital Solutions Engineer – Life Sciences
Job Description:
Help create digital systems that bring new medicines from the lab to the world. As a Digital Solutions Engineer, you’ll design and deliver software applications that support the full spectrum of Life Sciences operations - commercial manufacturing, clinical trial production, and drug development.
You’ll work with modern platforms like Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Laboratory Information Systems, and data management tools to connect people, processes, and data. Your solutions will help streamline operations, ensure quality, and accelerate the delivery of life-saving therapies.
We’ll train you in both Life Sciences processes and cutting-edge digital tools—you bring curiosity, problem-solving skills, and a desire to make an impact.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design and configure digital solutions for manufacturing, clinical, and development operations
- Integrate lab, plant-floor, and enterprise data systems
- Collaborate with customers to understand challenges and build effective workflows
- Learn regulated industry requirements and modern software development tools
Requirements:
- B.S. Computer, Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or Engineering Technology
- Interest in software, data, and regulated processes in Life Sciences
- Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel up to 10% within our 4-state area (Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, Michigan)
- This position is based in Indianapolis.
