Placement discussions begin approximately halfway through the program to provide ample time for the participant, host business, and Human Resources team to align on long-term career goals. Provided that performance expectations are met, participants will receive a designated final placement offer from their host business; however, employees remain free to pursue other opportunities within Saint-Gobain should they choose not to accept that offer.
