Customer Service Support - Temporary

Position Summary:
Looking to gain professional experience in customer service, business operations, and enterprise systems? We are seeking a Temporary Customer Service Support Representative to assist our Customer Service and Technical Service teams with a variety of administrative projects.

This full-time temporary opportunity is ideal for someone who is organized, comfortable working with technology, and interested in gaining experience within a manufacturing environment. This position requires onsite training (roughly 2 weeks) but can be onsite, hybrid, or remote depending on your preference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter purchase orders into JD Edwards (JDE).
• Create and maintain customer accounts in our CRM system.
• Help transfer customer information and notes into a newly developed Online Parts Store.
• Assist with warranty administration, including monitoring shared email inboxes and organizing warranty-related requests.
• Perform general data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Support the Customer Service and Technical Service teams with other administrative projects as needed.
