Dev10 is hiring military veterans for Software Developer opportunities with a leading pharmaceutical and healthcare company in Indianapolis, IN. This opportunity is tied to a specific Dev10 client that is looking to grow its technology teams while supporting veterans as they build careers in technology.
Ready to start a career in Software Development or build on the technical skills you already have? With Dev10, your job begins with paid, immersive Software Developer training designed to prepare you with the technical skills needed for your client assignment. During training, you'll gain hands-on experience with technologies including Java, IntelliJ, MySQL, Spring, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST, and React. Following training, you'll transition into your Software Developer role with our client in Indianapolis.
Throughout your time as a Dev10 Associate, you'll also receive ongoing support and mentorship to help you successfully transition into your role, navigate the corporate environment, and continue growing your career.
What We Require
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Must be a U.S. military veteran
- Ability to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future
- Ability to work in person in Indianapolis, IN on a hybrid schedule

What We Offer
- Paid Software Developer training lasting approximately 3–4 months at $600/week
- Hands-on training and instruction from experienced engineers
- An identified client opportunity in Indianapolis upon successful completion of training
- $24.04/hour (~$50,000 annually) once you transition to the client assignment
- $2,500 relocation assistance, if relocation is required
- Two years of client project experience
- Ongoing support from your Dev10 Manager to help you navigate corporate culture and support your growth
