Residential and Commercial Account Representative – Dayton, OH

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as the single point of contact for residential and commercial customer accounts in an assigned geographic region, assisting those customers with new service, service upgrades, or any other questions regarding their natural gas delivery.
- Coordinate all sales related activities relating to providing natural gas to National Fuel's Ohio customer base, including developing and cultivating relationships with key builders and influencers.
- Ensure relevant New Business work orders are created, assigned and appropriately managed throughout the work order life cycle.
- Ensure contracts and agreements are secured, executed and properly maintained in accordance with National Fuel's Ohio Tariff.
- In partnership with other departments, ensure credit support/assurance is obtained, maintained and customer refunds are processed timely and accurately.
- Work directly with the customer, contractor or other trade allies to ensure proper load requirements and site designs are obtained and provided to engineering for formal system design.
- Track key metrics associated with new service installs.
- Conduct regular status meetings with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure project timelines are met and customer expectations are achieved.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing or Engineering
- 5+ years of experience in residential or commercial construction, building and/or development
- Experience with natural gas a plus.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
The base salary range for this position is $62,5000 - 78,000.
This job posting contains a pay range, which represents the range of pay that National Fuel believes, in good faith, at the time of this posting that it might be willing to pay for the posted job. The specific base pay offered to a successful applicant will be based primarily on relevant professional experience. Other components that may be considered include: individual qualifications, licensures, industry specific experience, education and market demands for specialized skills. The pay range is subject to change at any time based on various internal and external factors. Exempt positions will also be eligible for an Annual Cash Bonus Plan.
