2027 Integrated Services Go-To-Market Strategy Internship

Job Description

Integrated Services’ mission is to fundamentally change Ford’s relationship with our customers. We will transform the vehicle from a transactional purchase into a durable, lifelong connection. 

This role offers hands-on experience working on high-impact projects that support business decision-making, setting GTM strategies for software, and integrating software content into new vehicle launches. Examples include determining customer-facing prices of new autonomy products, conducting analysis on subscription performance and making recommendations on promotional strategies, and collaborating with vehicle marketing teams on where / how digital content is offered to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct analysis, and problem-solving to support strategic business initiatives focused on software-as-a-service (SaaS).

• Assist in developing presentations, reports, dashboards, and executive-level materials.

• Gather, organize, and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project execution and business reviews.

• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving business performance and customer outcomes.

• Present recommendations and project results to executive leadership throughout the internship.

 

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Data Analytics, Marketing, or a related field

• Junior class standing and/or expected graduation date of Spring 2028 or sooner

• Minimum 3.0 GPA

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.

• Demonstrated curiosity, initiative, and willingness to learn.

This position ranges from $3,500-8,300 monthly.
 

Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
