Full-Time | In-Office Position

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented AutoCAD Drafter to join our team. This is a full-time, in-office position for an experienced drafter who takes pride in producing accurate, well-organized drawings and can work efficiently in a fast-paced professional environment.

ResponsibilitiesPrepare accurate and detailed 2D AutoCAD drawings from sketches, field measurements, markups, photographs, and design concepts.Develop and revise floor plans, elevations, details, and construction drawings.Incorporate design changes and revisions quickly and accurately.Maintain organized CAD files, layers, blocks, dimensions, and drawing standards.Assist with preparing drawing sets for permitting, construction, fabrication, and client presentation.Review drawings for accuracy, completeness, dimensions, and consistency.Coordinate drawing information with designers, project managers, contractors, and other team members.Interpret architectural and interior design drawings and translate concepts into accurate CAD documentation.Conduct occasional site measurements or field verification as needed.Meet project deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.Qualifications3+ years of professional AutoCAD drafting experience preferred.Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and 2D drafting.Excellent understanding of architectural drawings, dimensions, scale, and construction documentation.Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and elevations.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities.Experience with interior design, architecture, cabinetry, millwork, or construction drawings is a plus.Knowledge of SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design software is a plus.

The ideal candidate is a highly skilled AutoCAD drafter who is dependable, organized, and detail-oriented. You should be comfortable taking direction from designers and project managers while also being able to identify potential drafting issues and solve problems independently.
